About the Role:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced
Diagnostic Technician
to join our Mercedes-Benz Service Team
in Warwick Farm**.

To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

The role will involve the following:

Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles across the Mercedes-Benz Car and Van ranges
Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia technical department for support on technical issues
Identifying and repairing technical issues
Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
Road testing vehicles
Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are Fixed First Visit
Completing Mercedes-Benz trainings as required
Guide and mentor workshop staff
Experience in the brand is preferable but not essential
A current driver's licence
A qualified technician
Be passionate about the brand
Ability to work in a busy service centre
Be reliable and have a good work ethic
Minimum 5 years experience as a technician
Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills
