About the role


The Product Development and Delivery Manager ("PDDM") is responsible for the management and delivery of projects to support the realisation of the Optus Wholesale's Annual Plan, Business Strategy and our Customer Satisfaction Index targets.


The position assists the Senior Leadership, Product Management and Innovation teams with product development, project management, and change management processes.

This includes supporting the development of a concept and its business case.

In partnership with the product management teams, the PDDM contributes to the end to end management processes that govern project initiation, classification, and approval.

This role is responsible for providing leadership and input to project delivery methodology, ensuring an appropriate level of project governance exists in line with the business need and within capital budget.


About you

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing fields
  • Extensive Business Program Delivery Management experience in the management of strategic business programs varying in size and complexity
  • Technical Acumen long term experience working in a Mobile and Fixed Network access environment
  • Proven track record in Product Management, Development, Program Management and delivery
  • Leadership aptitude and strong emotional intelligence
  • Innovative and creative approach
  • Product planning and Product launch experience in B2B environment
