As a Full-Time Assistant Nurse Team Leader, you will play a key role in our residential aged care team.

With a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Aged Care you will provide leadership, mentoring and education to our dedicated team of Assistant Nurses.

You will be directly supervised by the Registered Nurse and supported by the Clinical Nurse and Director of Care.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who will lead by example as you contribute to our residents' quality of life.

Your high professional standards, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and deep empathy for our elderly residents will drive the quality of care we provide.

We are ideally looking for strong experience in aged care, particularly with dementia residents that will support and guide the team on a daily basis.
