- The role will be to you will develop an effective first-line sales team and support with the training and development required.
- As a Senior Territory Manager, you will continuously be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators and nursing staff to ensure the appropriate use of the Company's FDA-cleared products.
- Lead the regional pipeline and drive the weekly, and monthly sales strategy across the team.
- You will be responsible for meeting sales targets on the products within the region.
- Reporting to the Sales Director, the position would require previous experience of asset management, forecasting and budget management
- The client is looking for individuals who are extremely driven and able to showcase their passion for the industry and how they can set themselves apart to lead a new product in the market.
- Previous proven track record of hitting goals
- Exposure to managing and leading a regional team
- Ability to manage a portfolio of products and must have biopharma/ medical device experience
