About the Opportunity

Duties

  • Liaise with contractors, clients and consultants to understand the specific needs of every contract and to incorporate these specific needs into the contracting documentation
  • Interpret specific needs with reference to current and anticipated employment legislation and ensure that essential terms are negotiated and included
  • Maintain an audit and review process whereby the contracts with the clients and contractors are reviewed, discussed, updated and amended as needed for compliance
  • Negotiate variations to the contracts with the clients and contractors and to include these variations in the final documentation
  • Throughout the duration of the contract, manage any variations through consultation with key stakeholders, leading to successful outcomes
  • Manage all paperwork associated with contracts, and ensure that it is appropriately stored
  • Oversee alert systems are in place for contracts renewal and proactively starting the renewal process

Skills and Experience

  • Degree qualified applicants, preferably in a HR/Business related degree or similar, are highly encouraged to apply
  • Experience in HR/employment contract administration is well regarded
  • Experience in agency recruitment is well regarded
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry is well regarded
  • Healthcare experience in a professional capacity is well regarded
  • Agility to move across different activities and functions is of the utmost importance
  • Ability to think on your feet and adopt a consultative approach
