This purpose of the Integrated Planning Manager, ANZ is to ensure the optimal balance between demand and supply, aligned with inventory policy to ensure all customer service metrics can be met.


Key responsibilities:


  • Accountable for the overall S&OP, Demand, and Supply (indirectly with a dotted line to this role) teams across Australia and New Zealand
  • Working closely with our manufacturing mills on output and other activities to best satisfy the current planned levels of sales while meeting general business objectives of profitability, productivity, and competitive customer lead times
  • Lead the team to work crossfunctionally across ANZ with internal business units to forecast anticipated demand, inventory, supply and customer lead times based on the sales forecast, actual demand and capacity forecast
  • Work with Kimberly-Clark Global Supply Chain teams to align and implement best practice
  • Lead and review the demand and supply balance at the product family and master schedule levels, determining outofbalance conditions, identifying alternatives, and recommending action for approval
  • Work with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Manufacturing to better understand competitive lead times for master scheduled items. Seek ways to reduce internal lead times as well as lead times to the customer
  • Challenge current manufacturing and sourcing strategies for all product lines to be sure that the best and most customeroriented strategy is being used
  • Be an internal educator and consultant on master scheduling issues, providing education and training throughout the company to improve companywide understanding of MPS functions
  • Lead the S&OP process to implement and optimise S&OP change programs to move the business through the S&OP Gold Standard Maturity model
  • Accountable for the Monthly MBR pack showing the business the net balance of demand and supply together with the key risks and opportunities to the P&L
  • Manage the inventory model to ensure the Cash Conversion Cycle is inline with the annual metric
  • Lead the Supply Chain planning teams through the change required to be best inclass Gold Standard
  • Work with the Customer Supply Chain team to ensure KPI's are being met and service levels by customers are maintained
  • Design and implement improvement projects that are required to improve the Advantage survey outcome
  • Drive and lead system cleansings of MRP/APO/Prevail settings to ensure maximum setting results and strive for best in class ways of working
  • Lead and develop with IT PowerBI dashboards which support business needs for supply chain/S&OP visibility
  • Lead a strong planning team who actively works to streamline processes and customer mindset when making decisions
  • Support audit control reviews and SOP's related to planning functions

About You

  • You have significant experience in Integrated Planning (Demand, Supply, and S&OP) and have managed teams throughout your career
  • Experience in an FMCG, eCommerce, or consumer goods organisation is a prerequisite for this position
  • Experience required in SAP MRP/APO and ideally known forecasting tools, and the use of PowerBI/Tableau
  • A leader of leaders, you have demonstrated people leadership experience and are a hands on people coach
