In the role of Advisor (Digital Content), you will:

Design, develop, review, edit, publish, evaluate and report on digital and web content.
Mentor and guide staff on contemporary& digital communication practices and platforms, webwriting & standards.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of TMR and wholeofgovernment web and digital communication policies, standards and guidelines.
Develop, deliver & evaluate webwriting & digital communication resources. Tools, awareness & training programs for internal departmental stakeholders.
Prepare a variety of web &digital content using communication advice using contemporary communication practices and platforms.
Lead and support the delivery of web and digital communication projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide compliant and responsive customercentric contemporary digital communication solutions and advice.
Assist with the developing policies, standards and guidelines for web & digital content.
Build & maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholder groups.
Contribute to the management of compliance activities for external digital platforms.

The ideal applicant will possess:

- qualification in a relevant communication field, or
- at least 5 years recent experience designing, developing and publishing accessible and inclusive digital content in a relevant communication environments.
- recent CMS experience
- experience in copy-writing, editing & proofing skills
- exceptional communication & relationships-building skills
- strong organisational, resource & time-management skills.
- high attention to detail.
