About the role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the team and lead the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy across the business.

Working directly with the business owners, this role will focus on brand strategy, campaign plans and developing and optimising largely digital channels, educating the target market and driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion.

The key responsibilities include;
Establish the marketing function internally, working with business owners, product and operations to define a marketing strategy that will achieve brand engagement, retention and growth objectives;
Create a supporting channel strategy and tactical campaign plan that focusses on lead generation and conversation;
Manage the development of the Karmo website, SEO, social media platforms and content strategy, working with external agencies when required;
Deliver an effective 'always on' strategy alongside the delivery of integrated, multichannel campaigns across all platforms, tracking performance and measuring ROI;
Work with the product and operations teams on improving conversion funnels within external and internal software products;
Regularly monitor the competitor marketplace across all products (rideshare, subscription, fleet and car share) to identify potential brand partnerships, referral programs, promotions and unique customer experiences;
Identify and implement an appropriate tracking, measurement and reporting system to keep the business informed of all marketing activity performance and ROI;
Effectively manage the marketing budget including tracking all agency spend against output; and

Manage and maintain the Karmo brand guidelines across all marketing collateral, merchandise, signage and brand activations.

To be considered for this opportunity, your background and skill set must meet the following requirements;
Relevant qualifications and training in digital, marketing, eCommerce or another relevant field;
At least 5 years' experience in consumer growth marketing, with a strength in digital channel management;
Proven experience in creating and delivering a digital strategy and tactical plan for both always on channels and campaigns;
Outstanding project management skills;
Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives;
A strong strategic brain when it comes to online customer growth and retention;
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive action;
Experience in CRM and database management / lifecycle management;
Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, CPA / CPC, Google AdWords, Search, Analytics and Tag Manager;
Basic understanding of HTML.
