We are looking for our next Technology Support Specialist to join our Digital Operations Team, reporting into our Technology Support Leader.
You will help provide proactive service delivery to the business as well as driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic initiatives.
You will work closely with the Technology Support Team and a wide range of business stakeholders, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your soft skills and technical knowledge.

- Get your hands dirty with cutting edge operational technology at the XXXX brewery
- Proactively address potential IT issues before they become major problems for users
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve their level 2 and 3 technology challenges
- Support and implement continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives
- Build capability and engagement across Lion.
What you'll bring
- An enthusiasm for the value that technology can bring to Lion
- Handson level 2 support experience across laptops, desktops and core infrastructure (at least 5 years' experience with ITIL in a large organisation, experience working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A challenger mindset we want you to challenge the status quo
- A tertiary education in an ITrelated discipline.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Brisbane, focused on supporting the XXXX Brewery plus other sites across Australia and New Zealand.
As a member of the IT Support team, you will also participate in a 24/7 on-call support roster, which you will be additionally compensated for.
