They strive to be a provider of choice and pride themselves on their client-centered approach to the way in which they deliver therapy services.

Now expanding their services into Western Australia, they are currently looking for a talented and experienced Allied Health clinician to join the team.


About the Role

This is a newly created leadership position in Perth, which will provide you with a great opportunity to start with what is effectively a blank canvass.

You will play a vital role in continuing the pathway to delivering quality healthcare to those most in need in the disability sector.

Have the opportunity to build the team around you, with your own approach to therapy services.

  • Suitable for a highly driven clinician & leader that enjoys working independently, as well as a team.
  • Understanding of a variety of psychometric screening tools.
  • Understanding of various assessments within the NDIS.
  • Ability to lead by example and support a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders & referrals.
  • Play a part in the onboarding & training of new staff.
  • Manage team meetings & performance.

What You Will Need to Succeed In the Role

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • AHPRA Registration no limitations
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • NDIS experience and understanding mandatory
  • A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
  • Proven experience/willingness to manage and leading a team
  • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • High level of communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation & conflict resolution
  • Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
  • Shortlisting & interviews will commence ASAP._
