About the Role:

As the Administrative Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist students and parents with enquiries.
  • Provide first aid and medical administration.
  • You will also contribute to the management of student enrolments, student absences and classroom roll marking
  • As a revolving team member, you will assist with facilities, assets, finance and other administrative duties as requested by the Business Manager and Principal.

Mandatory Requirements:


  • When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
