Global Disability is one of the leading organization in providing qualified and skilled Disability Support Workers.Global Disability provides services and support to people with Disabilities in various sectors such as Homecare services, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Department of Communities and Justice.
Position Purpose
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our small team in Allocations and Rostering. The Team leader will contribute to the development and growth of the Business.
This entails ensuring Business development towards consolidating and expanding existing markets, developing new markets for diversification and more pronounced profit-making.
The team leader will lead by example and guide the allocations team in achieving the targets and KPI's of the business.
Position Description
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct client meetings to a variety of clients and attend networking efforts aimed at finding talent or to maintain strong rapport with existing clients.
- Promote and encompass Global Disabilities core values, mission and vision within your own team and across all internal groups
- Reporting to the General Manager through monthly meetings regarding the operations of the Office Bookings. Discuss challenges and
- Will be process and outcome driven proactively driving a better way of working and increasing product delivery (hours) in Bookings.
- Have highlevel interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate across all levels and departments both within Global Disability and with external partners.
- Management of issues or complaints within bookings
- Designation and allocating responsibilities to each consultant to ensure that the processes of Bookings is efficient and achievable.
- Addressing weekly Team meetings and Weekly Rosters for Booking Consultants
- Filling in adhoc shifts and roster allocations, shift confirmation
- Manage and handle complaints whilst following the Complaints Policies and Procedure
Attributes
- Ability to interact with External and Internal clients professionally
- Minimum 2 years' experience in coordination and management support
- Experience in a similar position and background in recruitment or Human Resources
- A high level of motivation and drive to support and coordinate a wider team
- Strong written skills for the creation of plans, reports, correspondence and other documents
- Demonstrated time management and problemsolving skills
- Good Knowledge of about marketing principles and client development in a professional service industry setting
- Ability to think creatively and use initiative to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong Computer literacy and fast data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate a cando attitude
- Ability to meet KPI's and deadlines whilst accurate in the pace of work in a fast paced office
- Strong Verbal and written proficiency, including professional proofreading, editing and presentation capability
- Positive friendly disposition
- Ability to face and overcome new challenges seen in the course of work
- Ability to work and interact with members of staff at various levels in the organization
- Ability to arrive fast at workable decisions and to adapt self to any working condition
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
