The Payments and Reimbursements (PaRS) team is responsible for processing client reimbursements for Medical Expenses Privately Incurred (MEPI) and a variety of health related provider and client accounts.

Duties

Manage a service delivery team located in Melbourne responsible for providing client and provider service, workflow management and individual and team performance to successfully deliver outcomes against set KPIs.
Undertake all recruitment activities for the team, including precommencement checks onboarding tasks, organising work orders and uploading contracts into the Purchasing Order Portal.
Manage the attendance and leave considerations of the team, ensuring all administrative obligations are met and necessary resourcing is available.
Undertake the Performance Feedback Scheme (PFS) process for the team, and provide ongoing feedback to individuals via fortnightly coaching sessions to discuss:
Telephony and processing performance
Identifying training
Discussing attendance and any other performance related issues.
Extract, analyse and report on data sourced from a range of DVA systems for the purposes of providing statistical analysis of the workload and performance of the section, team and individuals, including:
Providing weekly and adhoc reports
Monthly reporting for the section
Individual performance reports.
