Overview
Provide commercial support for all inquiries related to TDW products and services in the service. Ensure that customer requirements are correctly identified. Ensure TDW engages and allocates resources to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Quotes (40%)

  • Receive and process customer inquiries on time.
  • Ensure the planning of the resulting activities.
  • Analyze the request from a technical point of view and link to the engineering department for nonstandard products and / or project managers as needed.
  • Participate to the commercial review handled by the Sales Manager and / or departments concerned.
  • Ensure, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, alignment with customer needs and organize an onsite survey if necessary.
  • Evaluate project costs and resource availability, complete the project risk assessment, if necessary.
  • Develop the commercial and technical proposal and submit it to the client.
Contract review and transfer process (30%)

  • At the reception of the order, review the contract before entering data into the computer system and review any discrepancies with the customer.
  • Get in touch with engineering and the Customer to follow the plan approval process, if necessary.
  • Check the compliance and acceptability of commercial and legal terms (including letter of credit / assets) with the other departments involved.
  • Carry out a transfer / handover meeting with the Center of Excellence and / or the departments concerned or complete the transfer document.
Organization of order execution and invoicing (30%)

  • Manage the order receipt process and monitor with the Center of Excellence (CoE) or Project Manager and / or the departments concerned, the situation on all deliverables.
  • Ensure the collection and approval of all required order documents (HSE, quality, shipping, etc.) to be sent to the customer.
  • Provide the necessary information to the "CoE" and / or the departments concerned for the organization of the transport and confirm the delivery.
  • Prepare and send invoices to the client and monitor payments and collect cash.
  • Reunite claims and forward them to the appropriate functional departments and prepare credit / credit notes.
Experience

  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor with a minimum of 5 years of experience or in possession of a master's degree or significant experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English and other languages as needed.
  • Strong computer/technical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of thoroughness.
