In this role, you'll:


The position will offer support for appropriate planning, allocation, and utilization of the integrated release environments, including their configuration, upkeep, and preparation, all contributing to ensuring high-quality delivery of releases into production environments.


You will uphold frameworks, policies, and processes that underpin well-managed integrated release environments, and ensure that deployment aligns with approved releases.

The role offers assistance through planning, reporting, and analysis of release packages into managed release environments, as well as deployment scheduling and risk assessment.

About you

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Release/Environments Manager in a large, complex organization with an ITIL focus.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in verbal and written communication with both IT and business stakeholders across various levels.
  • Experience in organizing, conducting, and effectively overseeing technical workshops, implementation planning, and release scheduling forums involving multiple participants from diverse IT delivery sectors.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential, showcasing your ability to prioritize, manage, and complete tasks in timesensitive environments.
  • Willingness and capability to work beyond regular business hours.
  • Previous experience in collaborative collaboration with integrated suppliers, both internal and external.
  • Capacity to adapt and tailor your experiences and methodologies to streamline and optimize existing processes.
  • Proficiency in planning and coordinating the setup and configuration of intricate integrated release environments, as well as sequential deployments (enterprise release).

Highly Desirable:


  • Familiarity with complementary ITSM disciplines such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management.
  • Keen interest in and understanding of technology service delivery at an enterprise scale.
  • Proficiency in service level management and generating meaningful, targeted reports and analyses
