The Company

A leading freight and logistics provider who supports the global exchange of goods, is seeking a
Costing & Billing Assistant join their dynamic team.

The Role
As a Costing & Billing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department, your duties will include but not limit you to:

Making sure disbursement invoices for customs duties, sales taxes and freight charges are raised
Checking each shipment file for reasonable profit
Exception reports checking and being finalized each month with feedback provided
Checking process flow and documentation is running smoothly
Supporting general finance

About You:

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following:

Accounts experience and knowledge
Experience with import air or ocean freight forwarding
Strong written and verbal communication skills
