The role
We are currently recruiting in the following areas: High Wycombe, Forresfield, Gosnells and Wattle Grove. Casual hours with various clients,
must be available in the evenings for dinner shifts some nights of the week.

Must have car, current drivers' licence and be fit to work as clients need some mobility and domestic assistance to help them achieve their goals.


Previous experience working with autistic children is an advantage.


Weekend work is available with high pay rates, Saturday starting at $45 per hour and Sunday starting at $60 per hour.


Key responsibilities

  • Supporting clients within their own home environment
  • General household duties such as cleaning and cooking
  • Personal care
  • Supporting clients to access the community
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social activities

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent experience.
  • National Police Check obtained within the last 12 months
  • Valid Western Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • At least 6 months' previous work experience working in aged and/or disability care
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or the ability to attain one)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
  • Passionate about supporting people to empower their lives and independence
  • Be highly organised, flexible, and reliable
  • Proactive approach and the ability to work independently and within our team
  • Personable nature with excellent communication skills.
