    Our client is apremier Australian firmwhich has grand plans for growth.

    It will be an exciting time for the next hire as the firm has plenty to offer and there is support to build your profile in this team.

    The Corporate Partners are trusted advisors to international and local clients across a range of industry sectors including government, biotech and medtech, mining services, agribusiness, mining and resources.

    The successful candidate will have started to gain experience withjoint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings for both listed and unlisted clients and an understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance.

    As well as building an impressive deal sheet at this market leading firm, the successful candidate will receive top of market remuneration.

    Candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:
    3+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and/or Corporate Advisory;
    private practice experience, gained at a reputable law firm in Australia or overseas;
    relevant in-house backgrounds will also be considered;
    candidates with stronger commercial law experience and less corporate skills will also be considered;
    an ability to assist with building client relationships;
    excellent analytical and communication skills;
    high levels of self-motivation; and
    be a collaborative team member.
