    The Firm

    Our client is a major, national law firm with an excellent reputation in the corporate space. The firm has continued to strengthen its presence in the Brisbane market and has seen consistent growth in recent years. It is unusual for a firm such as this to have such a quality practice while maintaining a genuine work/life balance.

    About You

    This firm is open to either a mid-level or more senior practitioner. If you have a minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years experience, gained in corporate law, from a reputable practice, then you will be considered for this practice. You will have gained exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and experience in regulatory compliance would be highly regarded. If you are looking to step up and work with some major national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, this is the role for you.
