Description

Deliver, evaluate and administer training and education programs that are primarily focused on rights and responsibilities under the Queensland Human Rights Act and the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act.

Co-ordinate with other staff and the Director, Community Engagement to deliver training and education programs and community engagement projects and activities.

Assist with the development of online, face-to-face & virtual training packages for a variety of audiences. Liaise with clients to develop training programs suited to their needs. Manage training and community engagement enquiries. Contribute to monthly reports and perform other administrative duties associated with the delivery of training outputs. This includes entering all training and community engagement records into our customer relationship management system. Undertake other community engagement work as required.
