Applicant should:

Have 3+ years' Experience in commercial credit collection; ability to take full ownership of a debtor's portfolio will be well regarded

Be able to build solid professional relationships with your customers and portfolio contacts

Be able to prioritise competing tasks with excellent time management skills

Be passionate about process and performance improvement

This Position:

Is a front-line debtors management role

Requires strong rapport building with internal and external stakeholders

Requires high standard of maintaining the Accounts Receivable ledger

Demands accurate and effective performance reporting

Sits within Downer's shared services function - Business Services Centre - covering the whole of Downer Group

The AR Team:

Aims to deliver efficient and quality Accounts Receivable services for all parts of the Downer Group

Operates as the transaction nerve centre of Downer's AR Operations

Works towards maximising cashflow while maintaining superior relationships with Downer's customers

Takes pride in delivering quality services along with accurate management and allocation of receivables

Brings a wealth of experience across a range of industries specialising in Credit Management

Receives regular coaching & mentoring session for personal and professional development

Members actively participate in process standardisation, improvement, and documentation

Regularly reviews KPIs and Service Level Measures with a focus on customer's expectations
