Description:

Due to significant growth, we are seeking an IT professional to join our team in this brand new role.

Based in Scarborough, this is a full-time opportunity for an IT Support Officer that will provide general and technical support to our teams operating across South-East QLD and Melbourne.


We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for IT, people and interest in finding solutions for the effective functioning and improvement of BallyCara's IT systems and processes.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role would be perfect for a recent graduate with one to two years' experience in the field.

You will be joining a welcoming, fun and professional team who is passionate about the aged care community, our clients and our employees.


Skills and Experiences:


  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Have a good understanding of IT principles across network, server and desktop environments
  • Proactive problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Desirable

  • Experience working in the aged care or healthcare domains
Demonstrated ability in best practice database-management, asset management skills
