The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This is a permanent full-time position with the location being highly flexible within Australia.

Working as an Accounts Payable Officer at ArcBlue, you will be joining a small and collaborative finance team reporting into the Finance Manager.

Your day to day will have some variety to the role, and along with other tasks would see you:

Processing invoices a month
Reconciling credit card payments through Concur
Providing customer service to support our business units with supplier, invoice, and credit card enquiries, both for internal
Performing period end tasks to meet EOM deadlines for processing and reporting

What you will need to demonstrate to be successful in the role:

Strong experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
Intermediate/advanced excel knowledge and proven experience using formulas
Experience in high volume processing
Previous experience working with online accounting software (Xero or Cronus highly advantageous)
Ability to work in the office at least 12 days a week
