The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This is a permanent full-time position with the location being highly flexible within Australia.
Working as an Accounts Payable Officer at ArcBlue, you will be joining a small and collaborative finance team reporting into the Finance Manager.
- Processing invoices a month
- Reconciling credit card payments through Concur
- Providing customer service to support our business units with supplier, invoice, and credit card enquiries, both for internal
- Performing period end tasks to meet EOM deadlines for processing and reporting
What you will need to demonstrate to be successful in the role:
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate/advanced excel knowledge and proven experience using formulas
- Experience in high volume processing
- Previous experience working with online accounting software (Xero or Cronus highly advantageous)
- Ability to work in the office at least 12 days a week
