What this job involves

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, confident and energetic Facilities Coordinator to join our client site team in Brisbane In this key role you'll be responsible for providing professional facilities services to a multinational software corporation.

A snapshot of the role:

Interact with client point of contacts regularly to understand needs and upcoming important meetings, events and provide necessary support
Assist in the management of contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards
Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
