The position, but not limited to:
- Managing a good portfolio all local to the office
- Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
- Lease renewal and rent reviews
- Repair and maintenance
- Lease signups and preparation
- Arrears management
- PCRs outsourced | No trust
- Experience managing own residential real estate portfolio
- Positive cando attitude | Excellent time management
- Exceptional communication & Quality negotiation skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Work well in a team environment
