About this opportunity


As a Consultant Enjoy Adviser Solutions, you will be servicing our internal and external Adviser network, as well as regional offices & service centres.

You will be providing end to end delivery of administration services and support for all adviser and licensee related processes.

The key responsibilities for this role cover the following areas:

Operational Performance and Service - Deliver end to end administration including Adviser and Licensee onboarding, registration, changes & deregistration and Adviser nominations; Manage the end-to-end fee payment processing; Identify opportunities for improvement; Initiate pathways to resolution with team member, managers and stakeholders as required to achieved desired service outcomes; Positively represent and be a professional face of Aware Super and Adviser Services in all interactions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance - Utilising the QA framework to peer review team processing of exceptions and complex transactions within delegated authority to ensure accuracy; Comply with all legislation as required and identify areas that could lead to non-compliance, escalating as required; Be aware of the risk culture and participate in its improvement in line with the respective initiatives.

Participate as required in assurance and business continuity activities.

How do you exceed our expectations?


Additionally, they will:

be RG146 compliant in superannuation;
hold a Certificate IV in Superannuation (ASFA 100) or Diploma of Superannuation Administration (highly desirable);
have innovative problem solving and decision-making skills with a focus on service delivery excellence;
have strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a genuine care for members with ethical and needs focused decision-making;

have strong written and verbal communication skills including complex concepts surrounding superannuation coupled with resilience and proven ability to work under pressure in a changing work environment.
