Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Correctly complete and follow the relevant section of the

Transport Services:
Planning, Scheduling & Coordinating

  • Generate the appropriate trips for Linehaul Drivers
  • Provide EWB support and ensure that daily trailer counts are updated each time a change occurs
  • Support the leadership of the Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) Compliance for the operations
  • Professional and accurate communication and responses are provided to drivers / management / other departments
  • Coordinate trip, driver or fleet changes with the Fleet Scheduling Team
  • Provide support and coordinate the generation of Dog Runs
  • Compile and send daily reports

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adaptable to change
  • Effective planning, organising and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team
