Description

The International Admissions Manager is responsible for:

Leading the development of projects and initiatives aimed at improving international admissions services, systems and processes.
Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided to international applicants.
Ensuring accuracy in offer letter processing, admissions processes, Confirmation of Enrolment issuance and visa validity information.
Mentoring the Admissions team to ensure expectations of high performance are met.
Actively contributing to the management of the Student Recruitment & Admissions Function
Providing industry best practise solutions and manage these from initiation to implementation.
Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in international admissions, preferably within the higher education sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage crosscultural teams in international admissions, ensuring exceptional customer service standards through supervision, training, and support of staff.
Indepth knowledge of industry regulations including ESOS Act, National Code of Practice, and student visa regulations
Postgraduate qualification.
Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of driving business improvement and implementing industry best practices.
Experienced user of PRISMS
