This is a newly created role for a brand new project focusing on Point of Sales products, where your day-to-day tasks will mainly consist of supporting said products, along with their end users and customers.

Your inspiring customer skills will really shine.

To perform to the best of your ability in this role the client is chasing an applicant who can show:

  • Some basic SQL Experience
  • Awesome communication
  • Exceptional customer service
  • You love helping people and you even keep your cool assisting your family with IT issues.
  • Some support tools experience Ideally Service Now however, any ticketing system experience is fine.


You will be working a 24/7 roster however, you will be offered a tantalising salary on a 6-month contracting basis and not only that, it comes as a Hybridised opportunity.
