One of Australia's leading
Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced
IT Support / Service Desk Analyst to join their multidisciplinary team based in their
Canberra office.
The successful
IT Support / Service Desk Analyst will assist their Digital Governance team to deliver an accessible intranet program of work.
The successful
IT Support / Service Desk Analyst will secure a
12-month contract with
2x 12-month
extension options with a
rewarding pay rate.
The successful
IT Support / Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Solving issues with desktops, printing, and scanning.
- Managing documentation at the completion of incident resolution.
- Creating user guides and knowledge base articles.
IT Support / Service Desk Analyst will have experience in the following:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory including user account administration.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be desired.
