Recruitment Project to assist one of Arcare's New Sites to Open April 2024 in Warners Bay:


  • Work from either our Belmont or Kanwal sites until Warners Bay opens


The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be responsible for driving recruitment for Core Roles at Arcare for our Warners Bay site, due to open in April 2024.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring a best practice recruitment process to attract quality talent to Arcare.

This role will work closely with Operations to ensure Commissioning Residence recruitment needs are met to ensure quality care to our incoming residents.

About You

  • You are able to prioritise your support and attention based on master roster gaps, and occupancy levels together with any impact resulting from turnover and leave gaps
  • You are a team player
  • You have strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with Arcare's process.
  • You have strong organisational skills, able to work in a busy environment and build strong rapports with stakeholders.
  • You are able to have fun while aligning your values with Arcare's, you enjoy what you do this resonates to create a positive and fulfilling experience.

Essential:


  • Demonstrated success in a recruitment role in the aged care, healthcare or related human services sector.
  • Current and valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care.


  • Right to Work

  • Australian Citizen, Resident or current Visa.
  • Current driver's license.

Desirable:


  • Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards qualification).
  • Knowledge of PageUp, Chris 21 and Humanforce.
  • Proficiency in the use of software e.g., Microsoft Office,
  • Health, community, or aged care sector experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and related experience in areas such as equal opportunity and workplace safety.
