Description
Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and clients.
- Delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders through positive and proactive interactions.
- Must be able to speak Hindi Language
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
