The Role

As the newest Property Manager, you will be managing your own small portfolio under the guidance of a highly experienced team, Team Leader, Director and wider support team.

Liaising with tenants & owners
Ingoing and outgoing inspections (assistance also provided)
Routine Inspections (assistance also provided)
Admin duties

The Person

The ideal person for the role of Junior Property Manager / Property Manager role will be eager & passionate about a long-term career in real estate.

Previous real estate experience required either as a Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager
Agents Representative essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
