Our client is a leading commercial builder turning over $250m+ working across large scale commercial and industrial building projects up to $50m in value.

The Melbourne office is looking to add an experienced HSR Labourer to their team to take responsibility for all safety in a site based role.

As a the HSR Rep you will have gained significant experience and exposure to working within a commercial contractor with a preference to experience developed here in the Victorian Market.

Reporting in to the National Safety Manager, this role would ideally suit someone that is happy to be based on one large project rather than running between multiple sites on a daily basis.

• Managing all safety for the project and provide effective implantation and advice on the development on OHS programmes and management systems.
• Coordinate effective implementation of Safety plans on site and support the implementation of risk assessment process.
• Drive to improve the Safety and you will be required to liaise with Government Authorities, and represent the company in Industry related OHS training of site staff
• Manage the Safety Audits for the project and ensure all necessary OHS legislation, Acts, standards and Codes of Practice are available on Site and are maintained throughout all projects.
