Reporting to the Cyber Security Director we are currently recruiting for a Project Cyber Security Manager.


In this role you will:


  • Review opportunities for its region to ensure anticipation and qualification of cybersecurity tender requirements (starting with the FIND phase)
  • Support (documentation, guidance, awareness,) marketing and pretendering activities in its region
  • Work with platform cybersecurity manager to ensure integration of region relevant requirements in products & solutions roadmaps
  • Drive the tenders for cybersecurity, review and validate cybersecurity related topics. Ensure cybersecurity topic readiness for TDR
  • Organize the deployment of cybersecurity awareness and strategy to tender and project stakeholders (tender teams, contract mgt, development & deployment, architects, testers, safety)
  • Review cyber deliverables from key Projects (Cyber Security Management Plan, Cyber Security Threats & risk analysis, Cyber Security Reports, Cybersecurity design document)
  • Build and maintain a status on project in his/her region
  • Ensure Regional regulation and normative watch, participate to conferences, norms & standards committee
  • Contribute to Cybersecurity process and standard definition
  • Contribute to cyber trend watch (new threats, new techno,...)
  • Support COS / COTS Supplier Cybersecurity assessment (in his/her Region)
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience with direct responsibility for hands on architecture, design, development
  • Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM
  • Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS, French LPM
  • Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
  • Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages
  • Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security
