Opportunity to undertake an essential role in one of Australia's leading collecting institutions.

Play a key role in preparing and presenting the Library's performance reporting.

Provide support to the Library's decision makers.


We are seeking to fill a leadership position of Assistant Director, Performance Reporting & Secretariat (EL1) on an ongoing basis.


As Assistant Director, Performance Reporting & Secretariat you will play a key role in preparing the Library's publicly available performance documents, including the Corporate Plan and Annual Report, as well as providing essential briefing and administrative support to the Library's Council.

Success in the role will require the ability to interpret regulatory guidance, but also to work collaboratively and marshal expertise from across the Library.

The work of the team is high-profile, and you will demonstrate resilience and flexibility to meet priorities as they evolve.

To see you succeed in this role it is highly desirable that you have secretariat experience.

A merit pool may be created and used to fill similar vacancies at the Library.
