We are seeking a

Technical Sales Support team member to provide continuous sales support, technical guidance, advice, and training to internal staff and external clients.

This role is based in Sydney, offers a competitive salary ranging from $80-85k (depending on experience), and reports directly to the Engineering Manager.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Providing quotations and tenders by accurately assessing the requirements of the request.
Offering technical support to End Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Sales Engineers.
Conducting presentations to consulting engineers and end users.
Preparing Technical Equipment Schedules and compliance reports.
Liaising with manufacturing locations for technical, pricing, and delivery requirements.
Ensuring workflow systems operate effectively and efficiently by preparing all internal process documentation.
Monitoring local unit stock levels and placing stock orders with the factory.
Maintaining technical software tools and Project Costing Sheet.
Monitoring competitor activity and preparing competitoradvantage analysis.
Providing CRM support for sales and ensuring endofmonth reporting is completed on time.

This role is ideal for a graduate engineer looking to make their mark in a supportive team environment. It is a collaborative role, not having direct reports, but working closely with 2 others in your team.
