Our commercial client specialises in providing multi-technical solutions for the industrial, commercial and public sectors; across 25 locations within Australia and New Zealand.

Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve Pronto related issues.
Escalate issues to the external Pronto Support providers where necessary.
Assist in the test & implement software upgrades as required for technology in scope.
Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for modification to rectify faults.
Liaising with external 3rd party suppliers to manage and resolve incidents escalated to them.
Preparing and updating training materials including manuals and user guides.


Key Experiences & Skills needed:

Pronto ERP back-end system knowledge is mandatory
Pronto individual Module knowledge GL, Debtors Creditors, Project, Service, Payroll
Extensive experience in business systems implementation, training, report generation and data extraction
Comprehensive knowledge of the processes, complexities and possible errors and solutions involved in business systems.
Experience with driving 3rd party support suppliers to resolve escalated incidents in a timely fashion
Must possess strong stakeholder communication skills; both internal and external
ITIL Foundation certification will be highly regarded
