  • Dealing with enquiries both online/phone

About you:


  • Previous experience in Customer Service / Administration
  • Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls within an office setting
  • Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within Excel
