$60K plus super

  • Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • St Marys or Lansvale location
  • Caravan & Camping Industry

The role:


Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing a link between the company and the people who utilise their products or services.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer and management feedback to improve the overall customer experience
  • Collating quotes using warranty claim assessments and data gathering
  • Processing warranty claims for the Service department through the company portal
  • Utilising the online portal to fulfill customer requirements
  • Coordinating all booking matters of the Service department
  • Completing daily courtesy calls & booking reminders
  • Assisting customers in the dealership pre and postservice
  • Liaising with customers regarding the scope of work completed
  • Submit parts order requests to the Stock Controller
  • Communicating with the Service Supervisor regarding the daily service schedule
  • Performing frontofhouse duties for the Service Department when required
  • Adhoc duties as required by the Service Manager

The person:
It goes without saying you have excellent communications skills, are a proficient computer operator i.e. MS Office Suite and demonstrate the ability to form strong relationships with both suppliers and customers. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.


NOTE:
You must have an Unrestricted Driver Licence; LR Licence would be highly regarded but not essential.
