Road upgrade and civil projects

  • Dynamic & Growing Civil Contractor
- $130k - $140k + Super + Vehicle + Uplift


About You

You will have extensive experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 civil contractors, with a strong track record in road construction and rehabilitation works on Australian roads.

We are specifically looking for Supervisors that can fulfill the following criteria:

  • Minimum 10 years industry experience
  • Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years
  • Extensive experience in civil earthworks, and roadworks
  • Reliability and loyalty is a core attribute required, and you will be able to demonstrate good tenure in past employment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive construction programmes
  • You will have the ability to work away on DIDO rosters as required. (ex Perth only)
  • You will have local Australian experience and have FULL rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities include:


  • Forecasting and programming
  • Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
  • Effective leadership of the construction team
  • Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
  • Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
  • Mitigating and incident reports

Salary range is $130k - $140k + Super + Super + Fully maintained vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop. You will also receive a healthy allowance for away work.
