We pledge to provide inclusive and non-discriminatory services.- The Aboriginal Cultural Safety Project Officer will work with the organisation on it's journey to improve the experience and health outcomes for our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.- The role includes- Development and implementation of Aboriginal Cultural Safety plans and activities.

Engaging with our local community to hear their thoughts and ideas.
An innovative and creative approach to building Cultural Safety
Providing education to staff, volunteers and the community.

Selection Criteria
Essential: The applicant identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and can provide confirmation of the same.
Essential: Experience in and thorough understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and the local Aboriginal community
Essential: Knowledge and understanding of issues that impact the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
