The Opportunity

Bridge42's Sydney team is seeking a State Manager, with senior property advisory skills, who shares our values and purpose in 'revealing the promise of Australia's emerging future'.

As
NSW State Manager you will directly oversee all aspects of the business in NSW.

You will grow and lead a team to support various clients as their trusted advisor, tailoring your services to suit their needs, setting each project's strategic direction and to, ultimately, achieve transformative outcomes.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the NSW team, building on our already great culture, and improving the team's performance.

This aspect of the role is anticipated to take 30% of the State Manager's time.

As
Senior Property Advisor you will be responsible for:

Supporting various clients as their trusted advisor, tailoring your services to suit their needs
Setting strategic directions and to connect, empower and lead people to create great places
Working closely with our management team to identify and secure new work and build longterm client relationships
Collaborating with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to meet advisory and project deliverables
Building on the company's culture and leading brand recognition in the market

Essential Skills and Experience

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in property or economics
Minimum 10 years' experience in property and related industries
Proven track record with propertyrelated developments, transactions and advisory services applicable to your stage of career
Strong existing client, consultant and contractor relationships in NSW and/or the East Coast
A strong communicator who is comfortable to taking lead advisory roles and drive business development
Proven team management and development skills
Enjoy playing an active role in the industry, including networking and attending events, and participation on professional membership committees at the appropriate level
Selfmotivated, ambitious and proactive with ongoing professional development
