Description

The Grand Junction Hotel is expanding its already-established management team. We are looking for a new Duty Manager who has a passion for all things hospo. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to step into a large venue and showcase their skills.

The position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment.

Essential requirements:

2+ years in a Management role
Experience working in a gaming venue
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
Have under gone Gaming relevant training - Basic and advanced gaming training
Hold relevant gaming badges
Ability to work a range of shifts and weekends
