About the Opportunity

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Pump Service Technician to join our high performing team in Perth WA 6105.

This a 7/7 FIFO Roster from Perth to Goldfields.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

Conduct preventative maintenance & inspections and report on faults
Remove and install a range of differing pumping equipment
Diagnose and trouble shoot faults
Identify additional scope of works required to resolve site issues
Strip and repair a broad range of pumps
Work across minor and major installation works
Interpret drawings and diagrams
Liaise with customers and deliver concise service reports
Conduct activities in accordance with operational and WHSE policies and procedures.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;

Relevant trade qualification (ie Mechanical or Electrical Fitter, Electrician or Plumbing)
3+ years experience in a Field Service Technician role, with a strong mechanical aptitude
Experience in the servicing of Pumps, Motors and/or Diesel Engines
Some experience in end suction centrifugal pumps, multistage pumps, progressive cavity and positive displacement pumps, gear pumps and split case pumps (desirable)
Electrical Disconnect / Reconnect, Confined Space and Dogging Licences (desirable)
Effective communication, time management and organisation skills
Desire to learn and develop a stable career within the business
Valid driver's licence and demonstrated safety first mindset.
