We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an NDIS Claims Officer and Payroll Administrator.
1.
NDIS Claiming Fortnightly:
- Prepare and submit NDIS claims on a fortnightly basis to ensure timely reimbursement for services provided to clients.
- Review and verify client information, services rendered, and funding allocations to ensure accurate and compliant claiming.
2.
Proda Booking for New Clients:
- Coordinate and schedule Proda (Provider Digital Access) bookings for new clients to facilitate the registration and enrollment process.
- Assist new clients with setting up their Proda accounts and provide guidance on accessing NDIS services.
3.
Updating Existing Clients' Plan (Funding) in Proda and in Brevity:
- Update and maintain existing clients' information, funding plans, and service agreements in Proda and our internal client management system, Brevity.
- Ensure that all changes to clients' plans are accurately recorded and reflected in both systems.
4.
Processing Weekly Payroll:
- Manage and process weekly payroll for employees, including calculating hours worked, overtime, leave entitlements, and deductions.
- Ensure that all payroll transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:_
- Previous experience in NDIS claiming, Proda administration, and payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for claims processing, payroll management, and client database maintenance.
