Senior HR Advisor - Permanent role

An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious HR Generalist to work with a supportive team across the full remit of HR, with a supportive and invested Manager who is commercial, personable and supports internal growth.

About the Role

As the HR Advisor, you will report to a highly supportive Manager of Human Resources, and will be working alongside a friendly and collaborative wider HR team.

In this true HR generalist role, you will be supporting across the entire remit of HR including: HR reporting; ER advice and coaching; cy.

Remuneration Reviews, Performance Reviews etc.; Wellness and Wellbeing; Learning and Development.
They are seeing someone with ambition to grow into a true HR Business Partnering role in the near future.

About You

You will be a go-getter, someone who enjoys working in a team and who can also work independently, with a can-do attitude and an approachable demeanor.
