We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our onsite centre management team at Kincumber Village, working on a portfolio of shopping centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration and customer service skills in this varied and valued property administration role.


Reporting to the Associate Director, this full-time role will be involved in all aspects of office administration, account management and lease administration.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking administration for the portfolio including accounts payable, account reconciliation and rent collection.
  • Undertaking the vendor process including new vendor setup and raising work orders.
  • Undertaking lease administration.
  • Assisting the Associate Director with reporting, budgets and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Working closely with fellow team members, tenants and suppliers and managing customer enquiries.

Qualifications:


The key skills and experience you will bring to this role will be:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Skill and experience in accurate data entry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Previous real estate or shopping centre exposure would be preferable but is not essential.
  • Strong customer service and communications skills.
