With locations nationwide, we've become the go-to destination for sports enthusiasts, offering a unique dining experience and live sports entertainment.

Your Role:

Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Operations Management:
Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of departments including kitchen, functions, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Customer Relations:
Monitor guest feedback to enhance our reputation and build loyalty, while nurturing relationships with our valued customers.

Financial Management:
Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in invoices, payroll, and purchasing.

Staff Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth to enhance team skills and knowledge.

The MVP We're Seeking:

3 years of Hospitality Management experience

Exposure to Bar and Restaurant environments

Experience in financial management

Ability to lead, train, and develop a team

Essential:
RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced

Preferred:
First aid certificate, Approved Managers Certificate
