Lyneham, are seeking a Permanent Full time Maintenance & Gardening Officer to join the team.

Shift Schedule- This is a full time role; 5 days per week_- 8am till 4pm_- No weekend work_

We are looking for someone who has experience with maintenance and gardening and takes pride in their work

All tools/equipment will be provided to set you up for the job

Desirables- Maintenance of gardens, lawns, and grounds from time to time- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and correct gardening practices- Respond to maintenance requests in an efficient manner- Assist residents with minor maintenance works such as light globes, broken fly screens, minor lock repairs- Minor building repair works to building fixtures- Liaise with contractors including providing access and supervising when necessary- First Aid or willingness to obtain- Current Drivers License- Up to date vaccinations; Flu and Covid
